At A Glance: Lab 1 (Feb - Jun 2026) - Change Leadership

Join a 90-minute key topic workshop and 90-minute coaching circle each month - Tuesdays from 12 - 1:30pm EST. We begin in February by building a strong foundation in effective change management, then expand each month into core topics that reinforce those skills.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT (February): Gain confidence in navigating change with resilience and adaptability, by using a proven model to thoughtfully plan change.
COMMUNICATION (March): Build clarity, reduce misunderstandings, and strengthen connections with those around you.
TIME MANAGEMENT (April): Align priorities with your personal rhythm to maximize productivity and minimize burnout.
FEEDBACK (May): Leverage feedback as a growth tool - listen deeply and coach effectively.
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT (June): Turn conflict into opportunity - ease tension, embrace empathy, and leverage emotional intelligence, to build empowered teams.

Why THIS Lab?

  1. Virtual workshops over a number of months allow for a structured program with flexibility built in. Individuals are able to understand the theory and concepts of the skills, then practice them in their day-to-day, and come back for peer support in how to improve their application.

  2. Lab topics focus on the human side of change, beyond metrics and business KPIs. By building awareness to our own emotional intelligence, how we communicate with others, best practices for well-being, and culture building, we bridge connections with others that are tied in trust and that allow us to guide change more effectively.
