Ambeka Khadse
Ambeka Khadse is a Talent Development Leader, Inclusion advocate, Wellness Enthusiast, and Founder of The Flourish Compass.
Through her interactive workshops, Ambeka guides individuals and organizations in creating inclusive spaces where people flourish. Each workshop progresses through key concepts in clear, easy-to-understand language, culminating with actionable steps for learners to implement immediately. Intertwined within leadership skills are wellness competencies setting leaders up to manage themselves and the stresses around them.
Ambeka’s talent development experience spans 15 years across fortune-50 companies including 9 years working for PepsiCo. She brings deep knowledge to her development programs having worked with individuals in various functions from finance and HR, to operations, and sales.
Alongside her corporate career, Ambeka has been a yoga practitioner for 20 years, and a yoga teacher, currently offering community classes with the NYC Parks department (ShapeUp NYC). Her wellness background shines through in her ability to weave stress management, mindfulness, and recentering techniques into core leadership trainings.
She is also a contributor to Differentiate Magazine, which aims to help health and wellness practitioners brand and growing their practices.

Ambeka has a dual BA in Psychology and Statistics, and holds an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is certified in team coaching through Team Coaching International and Aiir Consulting, holds a Prosci Change Practitioner certification, is a certified Consultant/Practitioner of the Emotional Intelligence assessment through Multi Health Systems (MHS), and specializes in the Hogan Assessment.
