Backed by 15 years of talent development experience within Fortune 50 companies, Ambeka brings a rich, cross-functional perspective shaped by her work with teams across business functions.
Ambeka also serves as the Vice President of Education for the Toast of Queens Toastmasters chapter, where she guides members through their learning pathways, supporting them in achieving personal and leadership goals by encouraging them to embrace new challenges and providing feedback to help them continue growing.
Ambeka has spoken and presented at numerous events including the Social Connections Summit, Sea Captain Podcast, Queens Chamber of Commerce, and the Mount Vernon Mental Health Symposium.
Alongside her professional career, Ambeka has been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years, and a yoga teacher for seven years, currently offering community classes through the NYC Parks department. She is also a contributor to Differentiate Magazine, which aims to help health and wellness practitioners succeed in branding and growing their practices.
Ambeka’s wellness background shines through in her ability to seamlessly integrate stress management, mindfulness, and grounding techniques into leadership training, enhancing both performance and well-being.
Ambeka has a dual BA in Psychology and Statistics, and holds an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is certified in team coaching through Team Coaching International and Aiir Consulting, is a Prosci Change Practitioner, holds the Multi Health Systems (MHS) Emotional Intelligence Practitioner certification, and specializes in the Hogan Assessment.
