Design Your Year From the Inside Out: Energy, Time, and Intentional Goals
Learn how to use your energy patterns to manage time more effectively and set sustainable goals for the year ahead.
This workshop helps participants design their year by starting with what truly drives their performance: energy. Instead of forcing productivity through rigid time management systems, we begin with an energy audit to identify what fuels, drains, and sustains each participant—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Using insights from the energy audit, participants then examine how their time is currently spent and where misalignment is creating stress, inefficiency, or burnout. From there, we translate awareness into action by clarifying priorities, shaping a realistic vision for the year ahead, and setting goals that are both meaningful and sustainable.
Participants leave with a deeper understanding of how their energy and time interact, along with a personalized framework for goal-setting that supports long-term focus, balance, and momentum.
